This art exhibit features the work of Thérèse Murdza (painting) and Kristina Fjellman (fiber arts). Oregon-based artist Thérèse Murdza finds inspiration from a variety of sources: jazz music, poetry and theatre. Kristina Fjellman's sculptures, made from paper, wire and sheer fabrics, are derived from images found in the night sky as well as photos taken by the Hubble telescope. The exhibit opens on Friday, Feb. 17 and runs through Friday, March 10 in the Marvin Cone and Eaton-Buchan Galleries in Sinclair Auditorium. The exhibit will remain open during regular gallery hours from 4-6 p.m. daily and is free and open to the public.
